Home Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation in Surrey
Private, home-visiting physiotherapy across Reigate, Redhill, Horley, Dorking, Leatherhead and nearby villages. I offer specialist neurological and complex rehabilitation, alongside general physiotherapy, including rehabilitation for older adults, falls prevention and recovery after surgery or a hospital stay.
Neurological & Complex Rehabilitation
Specialist neurological physiotherapy for adults living with neurological conditions, acquired injuries and complex rehabilitation needs. Treatment is tailored to each person's physical abilities, personal goals and everyday environment.
Working in your own home means rehabilitation can focus on the real situations you face each day: your stairs, your chair and bed, the route around your kitchen. It can also involve family members and carers where helpful.

- Parkinson's disease: rehabilitation focused on movement, walking, balance and functional activities.
- Multiple sclerosis (MS): support with mobility, balance, fatigue management and maintaining physical function.

- Musculoskeletal conditions: rehabilitation for joint pain, muscle weakness, stiffness and movement-related difficulties.

Part of General Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation
Elderly Rehabilitation, Mobility & Falls Prevention
Home physiotherapy can be particularly useful for older adults, as treatment takes place where everyday challenges actually happen. Sessions start with an assessment of strength, balance, walking and how you manage around your home, followed by a programme built around your goals, with families and carers involved where that helps.
Physiotherapy can support older adults experiencing
- Reduced mobility and strength: progressive exercise to rebuild leg strength, stamina and the ability to get about.
- Falls and balance difficulties: assessment of what may be contributing to falls, with targeted strength and balance training.
- Reduced confidence walking: practice indoors and outdoors, and advice on walking aids where appropriate.
- Deconditioning following illness or hospital admission: a graded programme to recover the strength and fitness lost during illness or bed rest.
- Difficulty with stairs, transfers and everyday activities: practising getting in and out of a chair or bed, managing stairs and other daily tasks in your own home.
- Recovery following fractures or orthopaedic surgery: rehabilitation after a hip fracture, joint replacement or other surgery, guided by any precautions from your surgical team.
- Maintaining independence at home: supporting people to keep doing the things that matter to them, safely and with confidence.

Frequently asked questions
Do you provide physiotherapy at home?
Yes. All physiotherapy is provided in your home or local community, so treatment can focus on the everyday activities and environments that matter to you.
What areas of Surrey do you cover?
Home visits cover parts of Surrey including Reigate, Redhill, Merstham, Horley, Leatherhead, Dorking, Kingswood, Godstone, Nutfield, Bletchingley and Leigh. Enquiries from surrounding areas are welcome and availability can be confirmed individually.
Which neurological conditions do you work with?
I work with adults after a stroke and with people living with Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, acquired or traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury and other neurological or complex conditions.
Do you treat people without neurological conditions?
Yes. As well as neurological physiotherapy, I provide general physiotherapy and rehabilitation, for example after surgery, illness, a fall or a hospital admission, or for reduced strength, mobility or balance.
Can physiotherapy help an older relative who has had falls?
Often, yes. Physiotherapy can look at the factors contributing to falls, such as strength, balance, walking and how someone moves around their home, and use a progressive strength and balance programme, practice of everyday tasks and practical advice to help reduce the risk of further falls and rebuild confidence.
Can you help following surgery or a hospital admission?
Yes. Rehabilitation after surgery (including joint replacement and fractures) and after a hospital stay is a common reason people get in touch. Treatment focuses on rebuilding strength, mobility and confidence at home.
Do you charge for petrol or travel time?
No, there is no charge for petrol or travel time within my stated catchment areas. I try to group patient visits by area to save costs and reduce travel time.
How much does physiotherapy cost?
An Initial Physiotherapy Assessment (60–75 minutes) is £120. A Physiotherapy Follow-up (45 minutes) is £70, and an Extended Physiotherapy Follow-up (60 minutes) is £100.
How do I arrange an initial appointment?
Send an enquiry through the contact page or call. I'll get back to you to discuss your needs, confirm availability in your area and arrange an initial assessment at a convenient time.
